You don’t need to be a professional or former elite player. We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a positive attitude

We understand volunteers have busy lives, and we work to create reasonable expectations and shared responsibilities.

The players may forget the score. They won’t forget the coach who believed in them.

When you coach, you:

  • Build confidence

  • Teach teamwork

  • Encourage discipline

  • Inspire resilience

  • Help create lifelong love for the game

That impact lasts far beyond the season.
