Our Mission

Portugal Cove - St. Philips Minor Soccer Association's mission is to provide our community with fun, safe, enjoyable & valuable programs while enhancing appreciation of the game of soccer through a commitment to Long Term Player Development.

We will support this by promoting an inclusive, accessible environment, physical, social and technical development, with an emphasis on fair play, discipline, team spirit, good sportsmanship, and respect. We strive to provide opportunities for all interested parties to participate in our programming.
